ISO 9001 is an international standard that contains requirements for a quality management system in a business organization that the organization must fulfill in order to harmonize its operations with internationally recognized norms. The quality system is a management system that leads to the achievement of set goals in terms of the quality of business and service provision. This system consists of the organizational structure, the responsibility of the subjects in the organization, the processes and resources needed to manage the system.
In 2015, the company introduced the ISO 9001 quality management system, which it adheres to in its operations.
ISO 14001 defines requirements for environmental management. The fulfillment of these requirements needs to be documented in order to provide evidence of compliance with the standard and efficient work in accordance with the standard. Environmental management systems ISO 14001:2004 is a management tool that enables an organization of any size to:
– identifies and controls the impact of its activities, products and services on the environment,
– improve the attitude towards the environment,
– implements a systematic approach to achieve goals related to environmental protection and provides evidence that it has achieved the set goals.
In 2015, the company introduced the ISO 14001 quality management system, which it adheres to in its operations.
ISO 27001 is an international standard related to the protection and security of information. The standard is subject to different areas of application as well as to distinguish possible processes in the organization that are related to the management of security control, such as: security policy, organizational security, source control and classification, personnel security, security of material assets and the environment, operational management and communication, access control, development and maintenance of various systems and business continuity management.
In 2020, the company introduces this certificate mostly due to participation in public procurement in state institutions.
The ISO 45001 standard is a standard that defines requirements for an occupational health and safety management system. The standard is intended for organizations that are aware of the importance of the health safety of their employees and constantly strive to improve and maintain the level of physical, mental and social safety of workers of all occupations, as well as the prevention of their injuries.
By implementing this standard, the company gains the trust of interested parties by assuring them that the management is determined to fulfill the requirements of the occupational health and safety policy, that the emphasis is on prevention and not on corrective
measures, that it is possible to provide evidence that OH&S applies to the whole organization and not only to processes for which there are legal regulations or areas of high risk, and that the concept of OH&S includes a process of continuous improvement. In 2015, the company introduced this standard.
The company introduced the standard in 2015 as 18001, where in 2018 it was switched to 45001.
With this certificate, the Serbian Chamber of Commerce confirms that the company has met the conditions for issuing this certificate

Coface company.
